What to include in your request
State the receiving country, institutional receiving constraints and any material-specific transport requirements. Include an internal procurement reference where useful.
On receipt
Compare the received material identifiers with the accepted order and analytical documents. Record package condition and any discrepancy. Follow the agreed material-specific handling instructions.
Changes, cancellations and returns
No purchase is completed through the quote request flow. Cancellation, return and refund arrangements for a future order must be agreed with the seller before payment. A prepared request does not create a return entitlement or a shipping commitment.
